Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days all over Pakistan. During sales and busy seasons it can take up to 7 working days. We do not deliver on Sundays.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed by 6:00 PM (PKT) are shipped the same day. Orders after 6:00 PM are shipped the next working day.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is Rs 200 on orders below Rs 4,999. Orders of Rs 4,999 and above get free shipping.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Sale items can only be exchanged if they are defective.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you free of charge.

How do I choose the right size?
Our sizes go from newborn to 5–6 years. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your child’s age and height and we will help you choose.
